PARTICULAR TERMS

It is precised in the decree n°94-490 of June 14th 1997 that the informations written on the catalogs can be modified. In this case, the clients will know it before the signing of the contract.

1) PRICE : They are calculated in euros and are net. They are depending on the economical situation when the offer is made. A modification of these conditions (rate of exchange, rate of TVA, price of fuel or price of transport…) could change the price. In this case, the client would be informed immediately according to the legal positions. All services not included in the offer (personal expenses…) has to be paid on the spot.

2) PAYMENTS : The booking is confirmed when a deposit amounting 30% of the total amount and a copy of the contract (or a copy of the offer) with your agreement have been sent back to the Tourist Office of Colmar before the dead-line written on the contract. The total amount should be paid 10 days before arrival, except special agreement. Non respected delay of payment would be considered as a cancellation.

If it is a last-minute booking (less than 30 days before the arrival), the total amount is required for the confirmation.

3) CANCELLATION : Any cancellation has to be notified in writing to the Tourist Office of Colmar and its region. In case of cancellation after signing up the travel contract, following conditions will be applied:

· More than 30 days before arrival : 30 € per person (Not refundable by the insurance).

· Between 30 and 21 days before arrival : 25% of the package per person

· Between 20 and 8 days before arrival : 50% of the package per person

· Between 7 and 2 days before arrival : 75% of the package per person

Cancellation 1 day before arrival : 90% of the package per person

In case of no-show on arrival date : 100% of the package per person

4) MODIFICATIONS : Any modification of the offer will raise the price of the amount of 15 € per person. For the modifications asked less than 30 days before arrival, we will apply the cancellation terms if we can.t organize it.

5) CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required for the confirmation.

- The total amount has to be sent before the date written on the offer. The balance of the invoice is due according to the general terms of sale, 1 month before arrival of the group (delay adjusted according to the number of participants). The list of participants and the detailed rooming list has to be sent to the Tourist Office of Colmar minimum 15 days before arrival of the group.

The prices are guaranteed subject to the increase of fuel price and the fluctuation of the rate of exchange.

6) INSURANCES: The Tourist Office of Colmar has an optional insurance contract - Details on request.

7) PASSEPORTS / CUSTOMS FORMALITIES : Any traveler going abroad must be in possession of an ID card younger than 10 years old, or a passeport. If a participant can not join the group because of the lack of one of these documents, the refunding would not be done.

The registration in one of our package means the acceptation of the general and particular terms of the SNAV.
