We are open everyday of the year with the exception of 25 December & 1st January.

Alsatian public holidays : We are open on french public holidays and also on good friday and boxing day (26 december)

From 1 November until the start of the Christmas markets & From 2 January until 31 March	9am - noon & 2pm - 6pm	10am -1pm
From 1 April until 30 June & From 1 September until 31 October	9am -6pm	10am -1pm
From 1 July until 31 August	6pm -7pm	10am -1pm

If the office is Closed at your arrival in Colmar, you can still get the information you need by using one of our three wifi computer terminals available 24 hours a day.
