Such a great region as the Black Forest can not be barrier-free as a whole. “Tourism for everyone” definitely is a desirable goal but there are a lot of things left to do.
Naturpark Schwarzwald is the Black Forest’s precursor as far as barrier-free holidays are concerned. At the web pages of

The brochure “Baden-Württemberg barrierefrei erleben” supports people with disability in planning their holidays. It contains a summary of barrier-free and limitedly barrier-free accommodations as well as information on the resorts and recommendable destinations.
